Harry Potter Shop | TM (2025)

Oversaw the presentation of photo shoot props to ensure brand integrity and visual consistency. Managed guest flow during the event to maintain a seamless, elevated experience. Captured event photography and delivered detailed reporting, ensuring every element reflected professionalism, strategic alignment, and consumer-focused execution.

As a product specialist, deeply studied Can-Am’s on-road lineup to deliver accurate, engaging, and brand-aligned messaging to the public. Ensured every interaction reflected knowledge, rider-focused insight, and professionalism, helping consumers connect authentically with the product.

Flew in to manage vehicle unload and setup for indoor and outdoor footprints. Served as tour manager and emcee engaging crowds, leading programming, and running daily event operations.

Uber Eats Mother’s Day/ Graduation | TM, Driver (2025)

Drove and managed branded truck for Mother’s Day and graduation stops in NYC, CO, and OR. Handled load-ins, secured assets, and oversaw on-site setup and execution.

Progressive Boat Shows | Tour Manager (2022–2023)

Transported branded assets and managed setup across key event locations. Oversaw execution of on-site activations, ensuring brand consistency, visual standards, and smooth operations.

Vote Arizona | Tour Manager (2022)

Operated a branded food truck activation during state elections, traveling across Arizona to engage voters at polling locations. Served as the backdrop for the First Lady’s public address, coordinated site logistics with Secret Service, and executed rapid mobile deployments across multiple cities.

ACCN Game Day | Event Production Team (2021)

Supported full event production from load-in to final setup across multiple college campuses. Handled labor-intensive staging, vinyl wrap signage, cable runs, and site prep to ensure everything was in place and show-ready.

Served as on-site production with touring partner. Handled signage setup, event prep, and day-of execution. Ran grand opening activities and ensured smooth brand presentation throughout.

T-mobile | Field Manager (2021)

Oversaw local execution, managing assets and coordinating event logistics. Selected activation sites, scheduled and led promotional staff, and ensured seamless campaign launches. Delivered high-energy, on-brand experiences that drove foot traffic and local buzz.
